Kelly Dupuis, LMSW

Licensed Psychotherapist

Kelly is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in outpatient and community mental health settings, providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. Her warm, grounded presence prioritizes safety, attunement, and the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change.

Rooted in relational and psychodynamic approaches, Kelly integrates mindfulness, somatic awareness, and cognitive-behavioral tools to support both insight and practical change. She helps clients explore how early relationships and broader systems shape current patterns while building greater emotional regulation, resilience, and self-trust. Her work is collaborative and responsive to each client’s unique needs.

Kelly’s areas of focus include anxiety and depression, neurodivergence, caregiver stress, identity exploration, and relationship dynamics. She is affirming of kink, BDSM, alternative relationship structures, and diverse expressions of gender and sexuality, approaching this work with curiosity, consent, and respect.

Kelly holds an MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and an MFA from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. If what you’ve read resonates, she invites you to reach out for a consultation so you can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
