Ashley Coffey, LMSW

Licensed Psychotherapist

Ashley works with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, addictive behaviors, and life transitions. Her approach is relational, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-informed, grounded in the belief that healing emerges through authentic connection and a deeper understanding of oneself.

Ashley is particularly interested in how unconscious patterns shape our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of identity. She helps clients explore recurring struggles with curiosity and compassion, uncovering the roots of longstanding challenges and fostering a more accepting relationship with themselves.

She offers a warm, collaborative therapeutic space that supports both growth and self-discovery. Ashley is especially passionate about helping clients navigate the tension between safety and aliveness—gently exploring the protective strategies that once served them but may now limit connection, authenticity, and fulfillment. Her work invites clients to move beyond shame and survival-based patterns, discovering that the parts of themselves they have learned to fear, hide, or reject may also hold the greatest potential for healing, meaning, and a fuller expression of who they are.
